Fetty Wap has been largely successful since he hit the scene with his viral hit "Trap Queen." He's dropped charting song after charting song, hit the stage with some of music's biggest names, and expanded his fan base—all before even dropping his debut album

One of those fans is a young kid from Colorado named Jayden Vaden. Jayden, like Fetty, lost an eye at a young age due to a medical condition. According to Jayden's mom, Brenda, prior to learning of Fetty Wap, Jayden was never spotted without his prosthetic eye. But then the New Jersey rapper hit the scene, and Jayden noticed that Fetty Wap wasn't sporting a prosthetic. As a result, Jayden decided to forfeit his prosthetic and enter the world in his truest form, and his mom captured the moment in a touching Facebook post.

Brenda warns that the Facebook post is sentimental, and then proceeds to deliver a heart-warming account of her young child's bravery, inspired by Fetty Wap, which you can read below.
