It’s no secret that graphic tees have been on an upswing in the past few years. If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about the medium, now is the time: London-based retailer Goodhood is presenting two new exhibitions, each showcasing the art and history of the graphic T-shirt.
In part one of the dual exhibition, titled "TSHIRTNOW," Goodhood has commissioned the world’s leading artists and designers—including PRMTVO, Clay Arlington, Doomsday, and Jörg Haas—to produce graphics exclusively for the event. The second exhibition, "TSHIRTTHEN," looks to the history of the art form with a curated selection of industry defining graphic T-shirts from the past 30 years.
The exhibition will take place at the London Design Festival until Sept. 27. A selection of the T-shirts from the event can also be viewed online now at the Goodhood site.
