As the queen of movie soundtracks for everything from The Hunger Games to the Divergent series, fans have been waiting for Ellie Goulding's follow-up to 2012's Halcyon. Back in July, the singer hinted her new album might be coming soon when she posted an Instagram leaving London's famous Abbey Road Studios declaring "That's a wrap!"

Last week, we finally got our answer with the release of her new album's first single "On My Mind." Composed by Goulding herself along with pop savant Max Martin who also produced the track, "On My Mind" arrives like a sucker-punch of pop to the gut of an ex declaring "You don't mess with love/You mess with the truth." The track is thought to be an answer to Ed Sheeran who declared "Don't fuck with my love" on 2014's "Don't" that was interpreted to be about an encounter with Goulding in a hotel. That thought is only reinforced by the song's new video out today that sees Ellie scathe her ex with a vengeance all over his Vegas hotel. Watch the video above and look for her third studio album Delirium out Nov. 6.
