Always one to take pride in his work, adidas Global Director of Entertainment Jon Wexler has been going hard on Twitter all day defending the brand's decisions and dropping some serious knowledge along the way.

Sole Collector pointed out that he actually revealed some new info regarding Kanye West's deal with the brand, including what ultimately swayed him to adidas. "They offered him more money than we did," said Wexler. "He took our offer because we offered him full creative reign."

Previously, we've heard Kanye say that he has more creative control with adidas than he's ever had before, but the fact that 'Ye actually has 100 percent freedom to do as he pleases is enough to get us hyped for Yeezy Season 3 already. And no, creative control does not mean that he has a say in how many pairs the brand decides to produce.

Meanwhile, Wexler also revealed that Nike wouldn't let its athletes attend the Yeezy Season 2 fashion show, although that really shouldn't come as much of a surprise. Peep the Tweets below.
