Danny Pintauro, who starred alongside Alyssa Milano and Tony Danza as young son Jonathan in the '80s/'90s sitcom Who's the Boss, revealed this week that he is HIV positive

Pintauro explained to Oprah on last night's Where are They Now that he's been living with a positive diagnosis for the past 12 years, but only recently felt comfortable revealing it.

“There’s this awful feeling of, ‘I’m never going to be able to have a good relationship. No one’s ever going to want me,'” Pintauro told the host. “[But] there was a sense of relief. … It’s backwards. You’ve spent so much time terrified that you’re going to get it, and then you have it. You don’t have to be terrified anymore.”

Pintauro, who came out as gay years ago after tabloids threatened to out him, also talked with Oprah about his history of abusing crystal meth as a way to "explore sexually" after coming out of a long relationship before his diagnosis.

"I was doing crystal meth, which completely ruins your immune system," he said.
